Privacy Policy

Information regarding the collection of personal data pursuant to Art. 13 and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) with reference to the personal data to be processed, the following information is provided:
1) Purposes of the treatments.
The processing to which personal data, which will be acquired and periodically updated, will be subjected has the purposes responsive to the performance of the services required from HTM STAMPI S.R.L., specifically regarding the company’s core business;

2) Nature of conferment.
The provision of personal data is necessary in order to constitute the contractual relationships mentioned in point 1) above and any refusal to provide such data would result in the impossibility of managing these relationships, with the consequent impossibility of the establishment of these relationships, whether they are labor contracts, other contracts, authorizations, within the competence of HTM STAMPI S.R.L;

3) Processing and storage methods.
The processing will be carried out in automated and/or manual form, with methods and tools, in compliance with the security measures referred to in Art. 32 GDPR 2016/679, by specially appointed individuals, in compliance with the provisions of Art. 29 GDPR 2016/679. It should be noted that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimization, pursuant to Art. 5 GDPR 2016/679, the period of storage of personal data is established for a period of time not exceeding the achievement of the purposes for which they are collected and processed and in compliance with the timeframes prescribed by the Law;

4) Data Scope.
Data will not be disclosed to third parties.

5) Objects that may become aware of the data.
The Data Processor, Data Processors as well as those in charge of the maintenance of the electronic processors and management software supplied to HTM STAMPI S.R.L. may become aware of the data;

6) Data Controller and Processors.
The Data Controller is HTM STAMPI S.R.L., with registered office in VIA PASSERERA 2/C – 24060 – CHIUDUNO (BG). The Data Processors are distinguished by: internal staff in the performance of their activities and duties, external staff carrying out configuration and maintenance activities of the Systems and Installations used by HTM STAMPI S.R.L.;

7) Rights of the data subject Art. 15-22.
At any time, the data subject may exercise, pursuant to Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, the right to:
– obtain confirmation of the existence or otherwise of your personal data, even if not yet registered, and that such data be made available to you in an intelligible form;
– Obtain indication and, where appropriate, copies of: (a) of the origin and category of the personal data; (b) of the logic applied in the case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments; (c) of the purposes and methods of processing; (d) of the identification details of the data controller and data processors; (e) of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who may become aware of them, in particular if recipients from third countries or international organizations; (f) when possible, the data retention period or the criteria used to determine this period; (g) the existence of an automated decision-making process, and if so, the logic used, its importance and the expected consequences for the data subject;
– Obtain, without undue delay, the updating and rectification of inaccurate data or, when interested, the integration of incomplete data;
– revoke consents to the processing of personal data given at any time, with ease, without hindrance, using, if possible, the same channels used to provide them;
– obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data in the cases provided for in the legislation;
– Obtain the restriction of processing in certain cases;
– receive, if the processing is carried out by automated means, personal data concerning you in order to transmit them to another controller;
– object, in whole or in part, to the processing of personal data for legitimate reasons;
– to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
