HTM Stampi has a deep knowledge in all the production process and it can provide these services:

• co-design to optimize the mold construction and to minimize the tool optimizations after the first sampling in order to save the costs

• filling simulation injection for the best balance of the feed points and the correct mould dimension

• mold test and eventually also a pre-series to support the customer

• quality control with high-precision inspection equipements

• Project manager who supports closely the customer, through weekly reports and ensuring the timing  scheduled and all the technical requirements received.

SOFTWARE

We think the software that our team used can just be regarded as the hard power of HTM STAMPI.
Our latest softwares allow to verify and to check the operating principle of the mould :

• VISICAD for the 3D mold design (with integrated converter for all the most native formats including Catia, unigraphics, step, igs …)
• VISIFLWOW for the filling simulation injection                                                                                                                                                                                                                       •WORKNC for CAM

WORKSHOP

The work shop is located in a built of 900 sqm, with all the equipments necessary to handle molds up to 10ton and provides:

• 8 high speed CNC (3 and 5-axis) with dimensions up to 3000x1500x1000

• EDM and wire cut EDM

• grinding machine

Type of mould:

• mould for medium-series made in hardened steel or aluminium

• moulds for prototypes made in aluminium

 

PRODUCTION

The production is located in a built of 1400sqm, with all the equipments necessary to handle molds up to 10ton and provides

• central transport and dehumidification plant for raw

• in mould label

• gas assisted injection

• n° 17 injection machines from 90 to 1500 ton equipped with robots

• technopolymers moulding

• transparent PC molding

• overmoulding

• control unit for sequential hot running system

 

 

WAREHOUSE AND ASSEMBLY LINE

Warehouse and assembling line are located in a built of 6600 sqm.
HTM STAMPI has the knowledge to manage all the supply chain.
Also ensuring the supply of assembled items that can be chromed or painted.
